Unfortunately, I didn’t receive an email with a survey for the service I had, but I wanted to highlight Anshu’s exceptional customer service. I visited on Friday to buy a new pair of glasses, and Anshu personally approached me, asking if she could help. She answered all my questions about my first time shopping there and even went above and beyond to help me choose multiple styles that suited me. She let me try them on one by one until I was satisfied with my choice. Throughout the entire experience, she never rushed me or made me feel like I was bothering her. It was truly a great experience!

Bought glasses online and had to get them adjusted to fit my face properly. Jack assisted me once I walked in asking if I could get it adjusted for a fee. Amazing service! Never been so pleased and he made sure that I was happy with how the fit was. Thank you Jack! You made my day :)

I had a great experience at LensCrafters today. I bought two pairs of sunglasses, and Jack was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found the right styles and lenses that suited me.
He didn’t rush anything and answered all my questions, which made the experience really comfortable and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Jack!

My dad and I had such an outstanding experience at LensCrafters Polo Park today. I’ve been a long-time customer, and the service has always been great, especially from the manager, Jaime. But today truly went above and beyond.
Jaime took the time to help my dad with an urgent repair on his safety glasses, even though they weren’t originally purchased from LensCrafters. Not only did they replace the necessary part quickly, but they also chose not to charge a fee, emphasizing that safety comes first. That level of care and integrity is rare.
Every interaction I’ve had here has been pleasant, but today’s experience was on another level. Because of this, my dad has already decided he’ll be switching to LensCrafters when it’s time for new safety glasses.
Truly exceptional service. To the manager, Jaime, thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism.

Very disappointing experience.
I made an appointment for an eye exam and took time out of my day specifically to come in. When I arrived, I was told that the clinic does not work with my insurance. No one informed me about this in advance, which means I completely wasted my time.
What made the situation worse was the attitude at reception. The receptionist (Asian woman) showed absolutely no interest in helping or even trying to look into the situation. The response was simply: “Okay, we will cancel your appointment.” That’s it. No attempt to check alternatives, no effort to help, no customer service.
What is even more frustrating is that we are returning customers. My husband has purchased glasses here before, and we have also ordered glasses for our daughter at this location. My husband’s insurance definitely works here, yet the receptionist refused to even check it for my appointment, even though it is listed as the primary insurance for our family.
There was zero effort to assist, verify coverage, or find any solution. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
As a result, we went to another optical store. They immediately checked everything, confirmed that my husband’s insurance works, and we completed the appointment there without any issues. We ended up spending our money somewhere else.
Because of this experience, you have lost our entire family as customers.
I strongly recommend that management pay closer attention to staff training and customer service. The way clients are treated at the front desk directly affects your business.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
