StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Winnipeg Seasons offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- AAAnonymousJan 9, 20261.0I could not believe what I just witnessed. How a poor young lady could be so unprofessionally treated by a fellow employee all while in front of customers is beyond words! He definitely needs a lesson on how to treat people. Because of him, I WILL NOT be returning as he made me feel so uncomfortable. I come to relax and unwind after a long day and because of his demeanour, I left more stressed than I did when walking in for my appointment. This young man needs a lesson or ten on how to deal with fellow employees and customers!

I have not only improved my mobility but gained a friend in the process. Stretchlab really has helped improve my athleticism and overall quality of life. Big thank you to Cheri.
- JHJ HDec 18, 20251.0I searched the website for information on pricing and found I had to create an account in order to view packages and options so I created an account. I very specifically did not check the box allowing for text messages and emails for promotional purposes yet within 5 minutes of creating the account I received two text messages from a person named Sam and two emails about promotions and updating my account for messaging. Having to give my credit card info prior to choosing an appointment time and spam text messages and emails sure make your company look like a bunch of scammers.
- JMJD MacDec 14, 20255.0Just had first session today and I felt amazing after! Cheri did a great job on me! Very professional and personable. The place is clean and has an inviting friendly atmosphere. Only drawback is the price and they don’t have a private room.
