StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Winnipeg Seasons offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

They made me feel very comfortable!! Best part is using the leg machine after that uses compression to get the blood flowing!

The stretch and my therapist were great and I found it helpful but it left me with a poor impression of the business overall. Now that I'm coming to the reviews, I see this has happened to others before so this wasn't an isolated occurrence. Also agree with others that the sales pitch is too much and actually reduces my desire to return.

I’ve only booked with Cheri, and she’s an excellent Flexologist and a wonderful person. I selfishly didn’t want to post her name and possibly make it hard for me to find times to book buuuuuut, she deserves the credit for the fantastic work she does. My mind and body are better for it. Oh - and the post stretch Normatech set to 7 is pretty kick ass too.
