- WRWillow RinkNov 3, 20254.0I asked for an appointment to be a little later in the afternoon so that I can sleep a little before my appointment, they gave me 3:30pm we agreed and it was settled, last minute they changed my appointment too 11am without a good explanation, I don’t get home tell 8:30am and it takes an hour to get to the mall from bus because I don’t drive. Very unimpressed. Edit: was an honest mistake and completely understandable, computer mixup and small error, was a little upset at first as I work nights and it’s hard to be up all day when that’s when I usually sleep. Hopefully next time there is a recheck before the message is sent out. Thank for explaining the issue made it easier to be understanding. Very good kind staff, will definitely go again now that I understand the situation. Thank you for your time.
