He went above and beyond to resolve an issue caused by the staff at the neighboring Shoppers Drug Mart, who had incorrectly handled the system, blamed my insurance company and me, and left me unable to retrieve my medication with insurance. Without hesitation, Thomas took charge—he efficiently transferred my family member’s prescription, accurately processed their insurance, and successfully completed the direct billing. His expertise and precision were evident throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was his warm and attentive service. He not only ensured everything was handled correctly but also took the time to thoroughly explain potential side effects and offer dosage advice, even though the instructions were already provided in the packaging.
