When we arrived for the appointment, we were told that it was no longer valid. When we asked why, since we had booked it online in advance, they said there had been some kind of system error and the doctor would not be able to see us. We had arranged our day and taken time off specifically for this visit, and because of this mistake, we lost valuable time and are now delayed in getting our child’s vision properly checked and ordering glasses. This kind of disorganization is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic.
