Last week I came in with broken frames from a taboggan incident and no insurance. He was very patient, empathetic, and helped me weigh options and come up with an affordable solution. I came in looking for glasses, and she was just sitting there doing nothing, staring at me, while her coworkers were busy helping other customers. She was not assisting anyone. She never greeted me or asked if I needed help. She did not smile and clearly lacked customer service skills. This made me feel like an unvaluable customer and gave an unprofessional impression. After some time, I asked about current promotions, and she responded in an aggressive tone, as if she did not want to help me or do her job. This was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. No one would want to purchase glasses while receiving such poor customer service and being made to feel uncomfortable. Everyone else working that day seemed friendly. After browsing, I left the store, and as I was leaving, she stared me down with an unfriendly look on her face.
