  Recently went to pearl vision to get some contacts. My first pair of trial contacts went bad, my eyes got extremely red and very irritable the following day. They gave me a second pair of trial Contacts and the same thing happened. They did not suggest that maybe perhaps I should book an appointment with their eye doctor. I was given a THIRD pair of trial contacts and they seemed to go good for the first couple Of days but eventually the same thing happened. I had boughten a year supply since I thought early on during the trial that these were working. Unfortunately the same thing happened and my eyes got very irritable the next day. I went to return the contacts and explained to the staff what had happened . They offered no suggestion of where to go from here, or even attempt to book an appointment with their optometrist. I did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience the contacts caused. The staff is nice enough but unfortunately I don’t feel like I received a good customer service experience here. I will not be returning here for glasses or contacts in the near future.

  Great experience at Pearle Vision in KP Mall! Maneet was so helpful and patient while I picked out my glasses. She made the whole process easy and helped me find a pair I love. Highly recommend!

  I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Pearle Vision in Kildonan Place! As someone buying prescription glasses for the very first time today, I was a bit nervous about the process, but the team here made me feel incredibly comfortable from the moment I walked in. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Heidi, and she provided truly top-notch customer service. She sat down with me and took the time to thoroughly explain every single option available for my lenses, making sure I understood the benefits of each. When it came to the "business" side of things, she was refreshingly straightforward, reviewing all pricing and promotions with total transparency so there were no surprises. Heidi also has a fantastic eye for style—she helped me choose the best-looking pair of glasses possible! Speaking of selection, I was blown away by the variety of frames they had to choose from; there is truly something for everyone. If you are looking for new eyewear, I highly recommend that anyone who has the chance to deal with Heidi does so! You won't regret it. I’m walking away a very happy customer and will definitely be back!!

  I called the store twice this afternoon and received no answer, so I went in the store to order my lenses and spoke with the store manager. I apologized for coming in so late (it was 6:30 and they close at 8pm) and mentioned I had called a couple of times, she then asked why I did not leave a voicemail, no apologies from her end. I asked if I could get another pair of lenses and she explained I don’t have a prescription with her as my prescription is on the desk next to hers. I asked her if she could access it as she was the store manager, but she said they are separate. I do not know how she expected me to know that considering her store was called Pearle Vision. To top it off, she told me to think of her side of the desk as Walmart, and the lady who helped me last time beside her as McDonalds. She then asked me to fill in my own name and phone number on a sticky note myself (after she already pulled me up in the computer system) so they can follow up with me tomorrow to schedule an appointment. We shall see how that goes.
