The salesperson approached me at 5:59 pm telling me they close in one minute—an hour before the mall closes. I asked her if there was time to purchase the glasses, she said no because the systems are already down and that I would have to come back tomorrow. I’m obviously not coming back. She could have told me they were getting ready to close while there was still time to make my purchase, but she probably didn’t want to deal with it and just waited until it was too late. Very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate my time being wasted like this.

Even in the midst of this year’s extra busy holiday, and even when we went in and there was a lot of people, she never made us feel we were bothering her. She is always kind and helpful. And very informative. She gives good advice on choosing our glasses. Start to finish she has been very consistent. Highly recommend for you to see her if you need your glasses!! Also, Pearle Vision has one of the best selection of frames!
