While accompanying my partner to their appointment, I decided to book an eye exam for myself on the spot since I was overdue for one. Unfortunately, I fell ill before my scheduled appointment and forgot to call to reschedule. When I called two days later to rebook, I was informed that I would be charged a $30 fee. This policy was never communicated to me when I made the appointment, which I found very disappointing as a first time customer. Ended up booking elsewhere. Would’ve been nice to have clear communication before hand.
