The staff was so professional and patient. He responded to all my questions and did not hesitate to repeat himself as I spent sometime deciding on my frame and lens features. He was super nice.

Poor service, had ordered sunglasses and told 2 weeks. Never heard anything after a month and then called in and they apparently had been there for awhile and I was never notified. Then when I went to pick them up had to wait over 30 minutes as there was no staff available to help.

Jack was incredibly helpful and friendly, a great experience! Helped me fix my current pair of glasses (not from Lenscrafters) to fit perfectly and helped me pick out a great new pair as well. Thank you! 😊

Save yourself the headache. Just go to Costco. LensCrafters was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I originally ordered Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 glasses for $512. The next day I saw the Gen 2s at Costco for $570, so I tried to cancel my order to switch, but they refused, saying they had to wait for the glasses to arrive even though my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They finally agreed to a price match and reordered, but weeks went by with no glasses.
They gave me a 10-day timeline twice but never delivered. When I finally went to pick them up, they were the wrong size, large instead of standard, and now I have to wait again with no idea how long.
The manager was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed by doing his job. For the price and effort, this was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

On Dec. 6th, I had the pleasure of shopping at LensCrafters (Kenaston) for a new pair of glasses, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service I received from Jack. He was courteous and very knowledgeable who made the entire process seamless.
He took the time to understand my preferences, helped me select frames that suited my style and face shape, and even offered expert advice on the best lenses for my needs. He was patient, never rushed me, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the perfect pair for me.
What really stood out was the personal touch – he ensured I was comfortable throughout the fitting and explained every detail of my prescription to make sure I understood everything. I’ve never had such a positive experience buying eyewear!
Unfortunately, Jack wasn’t working on the day I picked up my eyeglasses and I cannot say the same thing for the other sales associate who adjusted my new eyeglasses for me. It wasn’t adjusted correctly and he dismissed my concerns by commenting on my facial features. Good thing, Jack already explained how to use my progressive lenses in details because the other sales associate provided little information on what to expect and how to use my progressive lenses.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
