She was very patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was clearly explained. I truly felt heard and that my concerns were addressed. I also appreciate Samantha for adjusting my other eyeglasses so they fit perfectly. That extra help meant a lot. Now I’m just waiting about two weeks to receive my new eyeglasses. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend the Regent branch and look for Sania and Samantha for an amazing customer experience!
