A very clean and professional place (KP) store Got what I needed after 1 min of talking to the lady. She knew her stuff.. Got to the checkout (male) he was also very nice. They did not judge appearance or ethnicity 😊 They did not make us feel unwanted nor did they push us into crazy "deals" Had a very great experience with them after a horrible experience at Hakim in the same mall. 5 stars for the store and both the workers I dealt with (I wish I remembered there names)

What a great experience! About three weeks before Christmas I had my eyes checked and found out I needed reading glasses (welcome to being 40+!) I was told they had a 50% off lenses sale until the end of the year and was told if I wanted to pick up a pair of glasses Dec 23 would be a great day to come in because it’s usually slow. I was grateful for that honesty and not being pushed into getting something that day so I had time to research and look into styles I wanted. When I returned on the 23rd I was quickly greeted when I walked in and Sarah looked at some photos I had saved of styles I liked. She quickly curated an affordable selected of 5 pairs based on what I had showed her and I loved them all! She helped me narrow down my selection and I was surprised how fast and easy the whole process was. I ended up paying far less than expected as she shared with me a couple of brand that were on an additional promotion. 10/10 would recommend getting glasses here if you are looking for some. The customer service is 10/10!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
