- KKKimJan 31, 20265.0Navkiran visited my mom for several months. She was very kind and caring. She was great company for my mom in the evenings.
- ASAvi SelkJan 29, 20265.0Home Instead has taken fabulous care of my mom, enabling her to keep living independently despite new physical and mental illnesses. They help clean her apartment, take her on walks, take her shopping and provide true companionship. The care worker Esther in particular has gone out of her way to communicate with me about mom's daily challenges, which is incredibly important as mom's memory often fails her. She even had her husband repair mom's vacuum when it broke. The admin staff has also been great. Lauren volunteers with an Alzheimer's group in Winnipeg, and periodically visits mom to check in on her well being, and Dilini helps keep a care schedule that is reliable and predictable, so the workers don't change every day, but also flexible when an emergency comes up.

Mary and Simranjeet have been amazing - both ladies are attentive, intuitive and resourceful when assisting my mother with her needs (and wants).

Over the years she has had a few different people come but has spoken very highly of Rochelle and has expressed genuine admiration for her. I'm glad she has someone like Rochelle to take care of her.
