  Dec 12 2024. My wife and I had the absolute privilege of meeting with Jason Kemp and his Team at Cloud Hearing today. Everyone there, from our initial reception through to the other steps of the consult, was kind, courteous and professional. What a beautiful facility. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were connecting with old friends even though we had never met. We were offered refreshments many times and made feel very much at home. Bill performed the hearing test with my wife after reviewing her questionnaire and then Jason came in to talk with us about the options that were available. Again, complete professionalism coupled with light and fun conversation. Once my wife decided on which hearing instruments would best serve her guided by Jason who is knowledgeable through his 30+ years in the industry and his own personal use of them, we were attended to by Nico who fitted and adjusted them for her. Finally, Jason the owner came back in and programmed them. This whole process did take a couple of hours but when we left, we both felt that we were very well informed about the hearing aids and how to control them as well as with the mobile app. I think the most comforting thing for my wife was knowing that Bill and Jason both dealt with hearing loss as well. Their genuine empathy and understanding made this a very pleasant experience for us both. It was comforting knowing my wife was getting quality care from people who actually used the equipment firsthand which they sell. If you are in need of hearing instruments (aids), I would strongly suggest you visit Cloud Hearing just off of McGillivray Boulevard. Don't let the small online social media presence fool you. When your customer service is this good, word of mouth referrals is all you really need. We have already spoken with family who will probably be paying you a visit soon. Keep up the great job Jason and to your team! PS. I could not find it anywhere on your site as to whether you can process Workers Compensation files. Maybe I missed it. If you could just drop me a line to let me know as my father-in-law was asking as he has an open claim with WCB.

  I am super happy to have found Jason years ago Jason has helped me with my hearing many times always kind and respectful presents himself well Before I met Jason I had some terrible audiologists ones who didn’t care didn’t know what they were doing sold the worst hearing aids on the market couldn’t hear anything I was young having a hard time in school When I found Jason it was a blessing he fixed up my hearing with the best hearing aids on the market tunes them to my hearing loss and from that day on I knew Jason was my go to audiologist He’s hard of hearing himself so he knows what we go through I would recommend Jason to everyone and anyone if you think you got a good audiologist I suggest going to see Jason he will show you why he’s the best audiologist out there and will take care of you

  I've been seeing Jason for many years. I had seen many Hearing places prior to Jason but when I found Jason all those years ago I knew he was the right fit for me. Having hearing loss himself, he was truly able to listen and understand the issues and problems I was having. He changed my life and my hearing ability and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hearing needs. He's a game changer that goes that extra mile to provide the best hearing solutions with fantastic customer service. Yes he has changed names a couple of times but you have to ask yourself why that is, it's because he is that good and corporations want that business. I've always looked for him no matter where he has went. If you don't believe me see for yourself what he can do, I will bet that he can make a difference in your hearing life. The products he endorses are the best on the market, do your research and you will see the products are top notch and so is his knowledge and expertise. Thanks Jason for all the years of fabulous courteous and professional service and giving me the best hearing possible on the market and understanding my needs. Congrats on your newest venture at Cloud Hearing, looking forward to many more years together.

  I was that guy with the TV super loud, smiling and nodding, and pretending to hear people when I had no idea what they were saying. Co-workers recommended Jason, and I've been his client for 7 years. My parents are his clients. Ditto for my father-in-law. I've sent numerous co-workers and friends to him. Professionalism, compassion and understanding are his trade marks, and I strongly recommend anyone with hearing issues to go and see him!!

  Jason Kemp was my mothers audiologist for over twenty years and now it is my turn. Jason is very thorough and takes time to explain how the aids work and fixes them when they don’t. I highly recommend him. Marilyn Fender.
