Signed up for an intro class and proceeded to receive a barrage of emails and phone calls within one day from their staff at inappropriate hours (like 7 pm) saying it’s super important and for my safety to chat before the class. I’ve done Pilates for years and am very familiar with how classes work and how to safely use the equipment. I don’t need to be harassed throughout my busy work day and evenings prior to even trying the studio. If safety walkthroughs etc need to be completed they should be completed once a person is actually in the studio, like every other studio/gym I’ve ever attended. Finally, I received yet another voicemail saying if I don’t call them back ASAP they’ll remove me from the class to allow a wait listed person in. Please do!!! Totally turned me off of ever going here.

*******Attention***** I had such an amazing experience at Club Pilates St. Vital. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I especially want to mention Josh, whose guidance has always been exceptionally kind, patient, and clear. He consistently makes sure I feel comfortable and confident in every class. One of the things I loved the most is how well the studio introduces you to a variety of instructors, each with their own style and strengths. Thanks to that, I was able to experience a wide range of movements and class types. Whether it was deep stretching, strength-focused sessions, or more cardio-based classes, the time distribution and class structure were always thoughtfully balanced. I never felt rushed or lost—every class felt meaningful and well-planned. The facility itself is extremely well-maintained, clean, and organized. You can tell the studio takes pride in its environment. Another big plus is how responsive the staff are—their communication and feedback are always quick, helpful, and supportive. Overall, Club Pilates St. Vital has given me such a positive and motivating experience. I truly appreciate the environment they’ve created and the people who work so hard to make every visit great. I highly recommend this studio to anyone considering Pilates!

I’ve been going to Club Pilates St. Vital since it opened and I absolutely love it. The teachers are knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They help you work through exercises that might aggravate injuries, but they also offer more challenging moves to help build your strength. They really meet you where you’re at. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a great community of people and a really welcoming atmosphere.

I have been attending Club Pilates for the past 6 months since they opened. I enjoy the small classes where the instructors can focus their attention on you and help you with proper technique. There are a variety of class types and levels to suit everyone’s needs. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The workouts are never repetitive or boring. The facility itself is clean and well equipped. I highly recommend it if you want to try out a reformer machine workout!

If you are first time trying Pilates, please not going here, you won’t know what you are doing is correct or not. The vibe is kinda rush and not aesthetic like you could imagine. The instructors mostly ignored my poor postures, i was not sure what I was actually doing there. Secondly, their 3 months membership is actually renewed automatically even after that. And you have to fill a form to cancel 30 days in advance. If not you will get charged the for another month. Their management is poor too, not answer the phone when I called in for question, but very responsive with payments, also not understand other’s situation.
