  Amazing leadership! The instructors challenge you if you want it yet still offers different levels for each person all at the same time. We all have different strengths and weaknesses in our bodies. Love the quick in and out for my busy schedule, the app is easy to use and there is always class options. Im hooked!

  Doug brings the best vibes — his playlists are always on point, and he somehow turns a room of strangers into a team. Ruth’s instruction is so clear and calming that my brain finally gets to take a breath; her classes feel like mindful exercise. And honestly… who doesn’t feel a little fancy once those feet go into the straps? I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Thanks friends 🤗

  Highly recommend!!! The instructors and staff are all great, super friendly and accommodating. No matter your skill level you can get a great workout in. The app lets you curate your class with what works best for your schedule. A great community of people. If you’re consistent you see yourself getting stronger and changes to you body quickly.

  I really enjoy the classes. The instructors really watch to make sure your form is correct and I appreciate that because there is nothing better than good form!!! Would recommend. Also prices are very reasonable.
