- NANicolás ArizaFeb 18, 20261.0PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses that I need for reading, working, and everyday life. This was over two months ago, and the total cost was $391. The store suddenly closed for renovations without notifying me, either when I first contacted them or before shutting their doors. My glasses were sent to another location with the wrong tint, then sent back to the original store—which is now closed for another month. By the time I get them, it will have been three months without my glasses. I called the other location for an update, and they told me they’re completely independent and have nothing to do with the original store. This situation is absolutely unacceptable.

One lens is not even inserted in the frame properly its sticking out of the frame and will likely fall out. the clerk said wait till it falls out and bring back and we will send them in she didnt want to send back to be fixed at time of pickup. Really am i suppose to carry another pair of glasses in case this lens falls out. I give this place a 0! Totally disgusted with such a response from the clerk but i like my glasses. Waiting for the lense to fall out 😳
