- JPJ. PerezMar 28, 20261.0I have been going to Dr. Jamora since I first started wearing glasses. Jamora performed my very first eye exam when I was just 7 years old. Over the many years (almost two decades), I have never had an issues! Associates and staff have always been friendly and gone above and beyond. This was until they switched locations, from the basement to the second floor. I am happy this store is most likely receiving more business and popularity, however, the switch over of staff and polices is mind boggling. Increased price for eye exams, charging extra prices just to receive your eye prescription is ridiculous. Not to mention the poor customer service and how there is not enough floor coverage while shopping for glasses (considering the increase of clientele). Over the past two years I have had to consistently come back to correct prescriptions, despite advocating during eye exams that the suggested prescription is not enough. However, they ignore your concerns and tell you. “You have 30 days to get a new prescription if any issues arise.” Why wait 30 days when we can. Correct the issues right now? They have also changed suggesting eye exams from every two years to one year…. Something is very off
