I’ve really enjoyed all the classes I’ve taken since I joined, especially reformer flow 1.5 and Control. I appreciate the variety and flexibility at the club, and the fair pricing. All the teachers are wonderful, but I especially want to thank Shannon and Therese. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Joining Club Pilates was a big step for my health.

Club Pilates at St Vita is great. I have just a couple of classes but all the experience so far has been great. Instructors are super friendly and show you very clearly the exercises, also they pay individual attention to each participant in the class which makes much better the experience if you have never had a Pilates class. Looking forward to coming back for more classes.

This is my first experience doing Pilates and I’ve been really enjoying it. It’s very low impact but challenging and has helped my posture and core strength a lot. I haven’t had a hard time booking classes but I do recommend booking ahead, especially for evenings and weekends. I started off with an 8 class membership and promptly switched to the unlimited. It can be quite expensive compared to traditional gym membership but it takes the thinking out of working out and is really good for those small muscles you never think about. Highly recommend giving club Pilates a try. Don’t forget your grip socks!

I’ve been so happy with my experience at this Pilates. I was wanting to try reformer Pilates for a while, so I was happy to see they opened a studio so close. I really look forward to going to the classes! It was the perfect workout after giving birth. My pelvic floor and ab separation healed quickly. My posture has improved significantly and my lower back pain is so much better. When I miss a Pilates class, I definitely feel my lower back acting up again :( I am in another fitness class and I noticed my core strength is so much stronger than before, after holding a plank for 45 seconds I’m like “wait that was it?!” And I’m one of the last to drop the planks!

I never enjoyed working out before joining Club Pilates, but this place completely changed that for me. I love that every class is guided — someone is planning, directing, and supporting you the whole time, which takes away all the guesswork. Even with past injuries, I’ve never felt held back. The instructors are great at offering modifications and advice if you have a sore back, knees, or anything else acting up. I’ve been going for over four months now, and I can genuinely feel the difference. I’m stronger, more confident, and even walking on slippery winter streets feels easier. Every instructor has their own style and knowledge to share, and every class is different — you never know what new equipment or muscle group you’ll be working on, which keeps it fun and motivating. The hardest part is honestly just scheduling classes because they fill up fast, but the community and support make it worth it. Everyone here is welcoming, encouraging, and invested in helping you feel your best. Highly recommend if you’ve struggled to enjoy working out in the past.
