  Spam calls you 24/7 to register as a client but when I inquire about instructing and getting into the fitness instructor world, complete silence… but still get an email everyday (I have unsubscribed) about signing up to become an instructor (spam email)

  I’ve never stuck with a workout class/gym until starting Club Pilates! I see Pilates being apart of my life for a long time and have noticed a major change in my mental/physical health— all thanks to Club Pilates. From the dedicated and knowledgeable instructors, friendly staff, and supportive environment… I genuinely look forward to every class.

  Facilities are clean and well maintained. Very knowledgeable instructors who are passionate about what they do. Management is very accommodating and truly care about the well being of clients. Very supportive team environment lead by an authentically compassionate manager.

  Club Pilates Tuxedo is the BEST!! Wonderful Instructors, inclusive classes, no judgement, nothing but positive vibes, expertise and warm, knowledgeable Instructors. Expensive? Yes but aren’t you worth it? I can’t say enough about the STAFF. I’ve been here since it opened May 2024 and my practice makes me stronger everyday! Thanks to Club Pilates!!!

  BUYER BEWARE!!! I signed the contract when I did a drop in at the Tuxedo Club Pilates and failed to read the small print. I chose the 4 classes a month for $120+/month and was told that I was locked in for three months, which isn't very reasonable if one decides that it isn't for them, but I was interested in doing classes outside of my home and to meet new people. (*I did enjoy the classes and the instructors were great. 5 🌟 ) but... On the third month, my credit card flagged their automatic withdrawal and I didn't notice that payment didn't go through until I received a fairly nasty email from Pilates that they would take me to collections if the payment wasn't made in a timely manner. I had to contact my credit card to sort out the issue, which occurred for whatever reason, and was charged an extra $25 for the late payment!!! Also, I'm not sure how they get away with this one, since most companies can't take your money without services rendered, but with Pilates, if you don't make it to all 4 classes a month, they literally delete them and don't allow any classes you've missed to be carried forward (that's $30+ lost per class)! I informed them several times that I was working out of Province in October and November (not knowing I'd be away for an extended period of time) and they are refusing to refund me the $242 I'm out of pocket for not being able to use up 8 classes. Even though I paused my payment (for $25+) in December, and they knew of my circumstances. I finally had to send an official email in the beginning of January to stop services with them so I wouldn't lose any more money, which apparently (based on their contract) should be done within 30 days.. & they charged me another month!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about my concerns and issues with their subjective contract to try and get some of my money back. I wish I just took my cash and bought my own pilates machine at this point. I've lost upwards of $500+ with a headache included.
