Know in today's world that's not PC and am uncertain but possibly illegal. If age is a restriction their app shouldn't allow an appointment to be set. After several attempts got a human at Target Optical who seemed to busy to talk and could say (repeatedly) "I'm sorry for your inconvenience" with absolute no sincerity. It pains me that I had to give one star to post, I expected more and do not recommend Target Optical.
