  I've applied and have taken many urine tests, but this one lady (I assume is from Africa from her accent) that's taken my sample today was so horrible that I had to write about her on here. I came in extra early (9am) to take the test, only for them to book me for 2pm, and I was like "okay, other people must've booked their appointments online the day before, I'll go run some errands and come back. When I did come back an hour before 2, I still didn't receive any notifications on my phone, and when this lady called me, I acted like a normal human being and said hello, only for her to thrust a parking pass into my face and I told her that I walked there. When I tell you that this woman was outrageously being rude, she literally was trying to embarrass me by reading the instructions on their board. She wanted me to get rid of my hoodie which I hung up on the wall, and empty my pockets, which I did, yet she didn't want me to put my stuff in the lockbox??? I literally told her I have nothing to hide. I could usually urinate easily by just looking at water, but this woman literally was timing me aggressively to the point that it made it hard to do a sample, though I did in 4 minutes. Anyway, after I handed her my sample, I decided I'm not going to waste my time talking back to her, but she kept on going off to the point where I had to say "I'm not trying to speak with you more than I need to, just let me know what else you need from me, and I'll be on my way". Yet she kept on yapping at me. I have know clue what that woman's "trip" is, but she needs to not transfer her outside issues onto others.

  Can you believe to result a simple blood test a little over 12 hours ! ! My physician had to be contacted at 2 AM so l could know the correct dose of medication to take ! Test should take mo longer than an hour result !

  I want to give a huge thank you to Kim for taking such great care of me during my second glucose test. Spending hours getting blood drawn isn’t easy, but Kim made the entire experience so much better. She was incredibly patient, professional, caring, and attentive the whole time. Her kindness and compassion made a challenging experience so much better.

  The phlobottomist was very nice and friendly, she made the test easy and my anxiety gone. The parking is big. The entrance is on the back, the lab is on the level B.
