  The instructors and staff are so kind! You'll definitely find someone who teaches classes that you need, and the energy is unmatched. I've been able to find 1-2 instructors who I love and teach at class times I can make it! I will say- I've been going since they opened in October I have consistently had issues with the bike displays. I try to sit in the front row, and always tell the staff after the class but I would have thought by now it would be figured out. I've sent an email to the manager and haven't gotten a response so wanted to put a review out to just let people know- if your bike is wonky, ask to switch, and maybe avoid the front row! Even today my display was broken :( it makes it hard because Cyclebars whole philosophy is around your stats, but I don't think mine are ever really accurate- the gear is always moving without touching it, the display will zero out randomly- it's really inconsistent. When they leverage the leaderboard for races etc it really takes you out of the moment because your effort isn't mattering when your display doesn't work.

  Love CycleBar and got the founders rate membership before they opened. Took a while to open, later than they had said or had wanted, but now that it’s open - I’m there everyday. Making the most of my membership. The classes are motivating, instructors are friendly and inspirational! The playlists are really good too. For those who love stats and competition there is the app which is very helpful. You can see each class’ stats for the lifetime of the studio. The room itself is small and clean. The lights add a club-type feel to the workout. Though there is some room for improvement: with the bikes - some screens did/do not fully function and there are still bikes that restart if you go under a certain RPM. You then you don’t know your cumulative stats while on the bike for the rest of the class. There doesn’t seem to be a solution and before I learned (the hard way) which bikes to avoid, I would’ve appreciated a heads up from the desk staff, especially when a switch to an empty bike was possible. It felt like the the issue was unimportant or an afterthought to desk staff. with how things are run - statistics used to be emailed for the first few weeks and then suddenly stopped for more than a few customers, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved despite asking more than once about it. As well as anticipating problems that could arise with studio-wide challenges/competitions and problem solving. Also the water machine is often out of water. Though an investment - it is a great time with great instructors in a new space! Glad I don’t have to drive so far anymore to ride at CycleBar!
