  Carol is an absolute ray of sunshine every single class and her classes are so fun and energetic. I love her themes. The studio is nice and clean and I’m so happy to have joined.

  Excellent experience everytime!! Now that the Worcester site is open it is a bit smaller but offers an amazing workout/ spin experience. I enjoy tracking my cycle stats on my phone and the instructors are very energetic, welcoming and upbeat. Not to mention the playlist (pop/hip-hop/ afrobeats/ latin/dancehall/r&b) depending on the class you attend is fireee! Definitely looking forward to my upcoming rides!

  Friendly instructors, but the studio is extremely cramped and several of the bikes don’t work properly. I’ve had to switch bikes multiple times in one class, and 2 out of my 3 classes didn’t record any stats at all, which is frustrating because tracking performance and improvement over time is a big part of the experience (and the instructors had manually switched my bike in their system, so it should have synced). I’ve also seen other riders told, “yeah, that bike doesn’t work,” with no solution offered. If the monitor doesn’t work, you can’t follow along with the class or see your resistance/RPMs, so you’re basically lost. When I emailed about the missing stats, I was told that “glitches happen.” For a brand new studio, it’s concerning that these issues are already happening. Because of the ongoing equipment problems and lack of reliable stats, I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

  I cancelled my ride with more than 12 hours notice via their app, yet they are charging me a $20 no-show fee. Also of the 4 times I’ve been there, two of them I was assigned a bike that the monitor didn’t work and one of the rides where my monitor actually did work it didn’t record my stats.

  I went to cyclebar for the first time today for my first EVER spin class. It was a great experience with the best teacher Autumn. She is very welcoming and encouraging through out the whole class. I highly recommend trying a class at cyclebar.
