  Had a great experience here! The whole staff was very polite and helpful. I worked mostly with Brendan, who I strongly recommend. Super supportive and wanted to help me get back to lifting without pain.

  Love this facility. When I find that day treating my father amazing. I found this place with the help of a doctor. Didn't knew too much of it because it was the first time for my father, but since my dad has been going here for therapy they've been amazing. I wish I could give it more than five stars because they do really deserve it. The place inside it is big spacious, very comfortable with teachers that they give clear instructions and on top of everything when you are done doing exercise giving you massages they also put heating pads. They do think about the patience. They do worry in our are in the high alerts of making sure that the patient it is countable and is in the process of getting better and better. I do recommend this physical therapy place. Give it a chance and I know for a fact you will not regret it. I will be putting this place as number one for my father

  The service here has been outstanding. From the scheduling staff who work hard to accommodate changes, to the therapists who genuinely care about their patients’ progress, the entire experience has been excellent. Jess recently performed a comprehensive evaluation for my mom and was able to motivate her in ways I haven’t seen in years. She struck the perfect balance of encouragement and accountability, supportive but not allowing my mom to give up. When there was resistance, she calmly found different ways to demonstrate the exercises until my mom could succeed. It was truly impressive. After yesterday's appointment I truly believe that the way my mom was treated yesterday will drive her to want to continue her treatment without making excuses for not going back. Thanks to all, from the front desk team to the management who drives such great service, to the therapists who make the magic happen!!

  My experience at Bay State Physical Therapy was excellent. The staff was professional, attentive, and respectful. I appreciate the quality of care and the clear communication during my visit. Highly recommended.
