  Urgent Care . Not quite. I would not have gone if I knew the results weren't urgent. I've been suffering and expected quicker test results. Had I chosen the emergency room i would have my results already. The one bright spot was the people were nice.

  scheduling and checking in was simple, i showed up 15 minutes early and the lady at the front desk said i was all set and could have a seat. i ended up waiting for about an hour after my scheduled appointment, and when i was finally called up, i was told i had a copay i must cover before being seen. i knew this was incorrect as i have never had a copay here before and my insurance had not changed. i was told to pay it or to leave. so i simply went to a different AFC and had no copay.......

  This place is clean, professional and organized. I wish the sick ones would grab a mask from the vestibule as they enter. I was there for DOT cert, I wasn’t sick. I put on a mask fast. All the coughing and sneezing. Hope y’all feel better!

  The entire waiting room could hear what should have been a private phone call between a patient and staff. We heard a patient's first and last name and why they were in the office. Thankfully Mike doesn't have herpes. This happened more than once during my time in waiting area. Other patient's heard as well and we all looked at one another in utter shock and disbelief. I think that this would be considered a HIPPA violation. Please do better for your patient's.

  Had tooth pain and was sick over the weekend. They blamed me that I needed to go see the dentist. But I told them I’m sure that’s it’s my sinuses for the pressure. Did not believe me and told me to go see the dentist. Went to the dentist and was told that none of my teeth were an issue and it was most likely because of my inflamed sinuses pressing on my teeth. Don’t recommend coming here. They don’t check on you fully or care enough to actually diagnose you properly. Will never go to this location for another issue again.
