  Appointment given with ease. Mary was informative. Arrived for my 4:00pm appointment and was back in my vehicle by 4:30. Dr. Rachael was great. Thank You.

  Staff inside were lovely and very helpful. However, lab test results have not come in the specified time frame given during my visit, and their phone representatives have been rude and unhelpful when I’ve called to inquire about said lab results. TLDR - great for in-person visits with a quick diagnosis, but rude and unhelpful when following-up over the phone after not receiving an initial diagnosis.

  This clinic was such a terrific find in my home town, west Boylston. Sparkling clean, being run by an incredibly affable crew. I thank you! Feel better already!

  Slowest urgent care I have ever been to. Over an hour late for my appointment. They take back one patient at a time, release them and it takes 20-30 minutes for them to bring back another patient.
