Neighborhood pharmacy where Stop & Shop’s trained and trusted pharmacists can conveniently fill prescriptions, as well as safely administer COVID-19 and other vaccines.
My main problem is the male pharmacist shouting from his back computer on how many pills I get and how much I am paying regardless if people are around or not.
So the first time my prescription was delayed saying they did not receive shipment for it but then on the third day after I said it was a trial they said I can actually pick up the prescription that same day at 6:30PM. My provider changed the dosage and upped the quantity to see how I feel about it, and I get told that after 14 days they put it back after initially packing it even though my provider put it in on 11/12 and I was picking it up 11/24 not 11/26 and I had to wait 30 mins for the pharmacist to pack it so I opted to pick it up the next day which I am then told that shipment was actually delayed (after they actually checked it which not sure why they looked at it after the fact) and they will have to see if they still have it and I had to wait another 20 mins (so it was never worked on) because after "checking" they did have it in stock. I would rather just tell the truth instead of using this weird runaround story, I do understand there is a shortage for this specific prescription but just tell me truthfully. Regardless I am switching pharmacies as I do not want my business shouted out and having weird "delays".

I’ve picked up my medications 5 separate times and 4 out of the 5 times I’ve needed to go back because they forgot to give me half of my medications. I don’t understand how you can consistently mess this up- I have 30 pills and the bottle is labeled 30 pills and they slapped a 60 pill prescription sticker on it and called it a day.

I want to complain about a particular individual at the deli meat area. This person is new but unfortunately he does not have no customer service skills, work so SLOW that I won't never let him serve me. The way he handles the food is disgusting and shows no interest in me as a customer.
