  I did enjoy the class while I was going, the instructors were all nice and and helped correct posture when they noticed I was doing it wrong. The 1-star rating truly goes to the brand and studio itself and not any of the instructors. Club Pilates is on the higher end price wise for pilates studios; I wanted to cancel my membership since I couldn't commit to the classes and at that price point, it did not feel worth it. When I called, it went to voicemail and I got a text response back the next day saying they have a 30-day cancellation policy that I don't recall them mentioning at the time of sign up. I sent them an email and they responded saying they're going to look into it - no update. 4 days later I got billed again for the next cycle. Nowhere on Club Pilates website's Terms does it mention a 30-day cancellation policy. It's ridiculous to require a longer notice period to quit a workout studio than to quit a 9 to 5 job.

  While I enjoyed the classes and all of the staff are very kind, I did have to request my membership be cancelled purely for budget reasons. I asked in February if they could cancel my membership and was sent back a response that they require a 30 day notice and that I would still need to pay for February but the membership could be cancelled in March. I had no issue with this and agreed and was given written confirmation that the membership would be cancelled in March of 2026. They followed up with me asking if I was sure I wanted to cancel my membership and I said I was. I then missed a response asking if I wanted the membership frozen instead. On 3/13 I was charged $129 along with a $20 late payment fee.

  I love Pilates so the workout itself is wonderful. However, the instructors vary so once you find the ones you want unless you book far in advance it’s always a waitlist. If you need yo miss a class they charge you a fee. For nearly $300 a month the good classes constantly having a waitlist and then getting a fee for a missed class isn’t worth it for me. Otherwise some of the classes are really fun and they have a few very good instructors plus their app works very well.

  Love this studio! I joined when they opened and have found a consistent routine with great instructors. It’s clean, Toni (manager) is easy to communicate with, and the classes stay interesting. I’m a regular in Stefanie’s level 2 class, which is always both fun and challenging. She puts together comprehensive programs and is great with form and adjustments, and knows her clients well to best shape the classes. I also love Ahram’s classes and her focus on form. Every teacher has a different style, but all great. It makes it really easy to always have a great class even if your schedule shifts.

  I joined Club Pilates recently. It's a great experience and I am happy I signed up. The staff are friendly and professional and there are a variaty of equipments to use. Instructor Ahram is very kind and has a great knowledge in fitness. She is great at explaining the exercises and ensuring everyone performs them correctly which gives motivation and positive vibes.
