- SCSarah CôtéSep 15, 20171.0My brother, a correctional officer, broke the earpiece of a frame on his glasses. They said he needs a new pair, and can't get it until Wednesday. We told him to go to the place where our mother and I go, they immediately repaired the frame. It isn't perfect, but with his vision, he can't go without glasses for that long. Absolutely ridiculous that Pearle couldn't do such a simple fix to help him while he waits for a new frame.
