Love his attention to the detail in the prisms in my prescription. Also always willing to adjust my glasses bc I wear them up on my head and stretch them out(my fault) and he puts up with me!

How rude. Still didn't get the message, returned two days later and the woman was so rude , I am asking questions and she is engaging with another customer, felt like I wasn't welcome, even the guy that does the glasses was rude a rude atmosphere, and you think I would spend my money there . I won't step foot in there again , I will take my business elsewhere, I won't recommend that place .

He tried to say they were there before, from wear. Total BS. They weren't there five minutes before he took them back. I was sad to have this bad experience, because I liked the place.
