You can’t cancel an order without contacting the store and all pickup orders are supposed to be confirmed and ready within an hour (per the site). The problem is they don’t confirm the order and they do not pick up the phone. I called at least 18-20 times while on chat with customer service and couldn’t get through. Even the customer service agent couldn’t get through. It’s clear the employees here do not want to lift a finger. Vitamin shoppe has the same product but cheaper. Do not waste your time on a store that is clearly determined to shutter its doors
