It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). Laura was really helpful with my grandfather today, but however I did get bored, lol. Other than that, extremely helpful and full of knowledge. Laura knows how to work her magic wand to get my grandfather felling pain free. Also, I want to say after my visit the other day, Laura should get the honor to be called "The Glinda of orthopedics" will be updating periodically

Michael was super friendly and knowledgeable about how the body all works together and the effect being misaligned can have on our feet. He taught me so much about my plantar fasciitis and the most important piece is the relief from pain I felt when he put a program together tailored specifically for me and my foot issues. For years, I've dealt with multiple sports related surgeries. I also have very flat feet and 20 years of orthotics did not really help. Now, dealing with back issues, I entered The Good Feet Store in Westwood with my 'antennas up' seeking 'hope' for a better quality of life. I was introduced to Laura Platt, assistant store manager. I've been in sales and/or 'Advisor' role since 1980. I do my diligence and I am anhard 'sell'. I never take the least expensive option. I am in a service occupation and I am happy to pay for better solutions. Laura's presentation off 'The Good Feet' approach knocked me off my feet! Literally! I was expecting another expensive 'foam' imprint, wait until lab prepares mold and off I go. I was amazed at the well thought out '3 step system' and options I had. I am a Financial Advisor and pride myself in servicing my clients at a very high level. The most important attribute I sought was lifetime 'service' to respond to questions, issues, etc. I sought the 'experience' of being a client, not a product sale. Laura "had me at hello." Her approach was compassionate. She listened to what was important to me, did not pressure me, evaluated the technical issues involved and 'coached' me on what to expect. Most importantly to me as I begin my 'test drive', is to check in for questions and be monitored to see if something needs to be adjusted. I am hopeful and optimistic that I am now on the right path. I would recommend Laura to anyone seeking an honest approach to solving similar issues. Ken Lloyd

I finally decided to try The Good Feet Store. As a long time athlete and now a weekend warrior, I have been fighting back pain for over 20 years. Chiro after Chiro just gave me temporary relief. I went in the store with pain and, OMG!, after 10 minutes in the support, I was feeling amazing and even standing with better posture !!! Why did I wait ??? Miranda was awesome. She explained everything clearly and was in no rush to get me out or make a sale. It was about me. As a bonus, the other two ladies made the experience awesome and actually fun as well. I am so looking forward to finally living with no lower back pain. Do yourself a favor and just go. Lots of product promises are crap. This one is clearly not and I am historically a “show me to prove it” skeptical person.
