  My husband used Home Instead this year to care for my mother-in-law and we were both incredibly impressed by the organization. My mother-in-law has Alzheimer's Disease and my father-in-law is her primary caregiver. He fell and broke his hip and had some other major health problems occur almost simultaneously. Without hesitation, I called Home Instead to see if I could get 24/7 care for my mother-in-law. With the help of Richard and Lauren Langevin, the owners, and Samia Melo, we got help that very night. I cannot begin to tell you the relief we felt as a family. Every single individual within Home Instead is amazing. Carissa and Pauline, who are office support would call us, to see how we, the sudden caretakers, we were doing as a family. We were apprehensive that first week because my mother-in-law had never been with anyone but my father-in-law, but she absolutely loved "her girls," as she called them. In fact, she thrived with Home Instead. They were more in tune with her disease than my father-in-law. I cannot thank them enough for treating my mother-in-law with love, kindness, dignity, patience, respect, and affection. It meant the world to both of us. All of them were so engaged with her. I know that some days/nights were more challenging than others for them Having Home Instead relieved us of at least one burden. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend Home Instead for any at-home needs. They are simply the best!

  Home Instead provided much-needed short-term services for a family member, enabling him time to regain his strength. Our care giver was kind, thoughtful, and proactive while managing varied responsibilities. The office staff were always responsive and supportive, and even went out of their way to provide services over holidays. We are greatly appreciative of Home Instead and recommend them highly.

  I've only been a customer for a short time but so far I have been very impressed with both the office staff and caregivers. They are very attentive to my fathers needs and are very caring, pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

  I am so happy and relieved I found home instead. I was so nervous placing my Mom in the hands of just anyone but I have to say I am so happy with the care she receives from Home Instead. They treat her like she is their family! I could not ask for more! I am so relieved I can go off to work and know my Mom is being cared for properly. Thank you so much Home Instead my Mom is happy and thriving!
