- DDDevin DaileyNov 27, 20241.0If you want your needs neglected then this is the space for you. Can’t reach reception and they don’t follow up on prescriptions. Run away if you get this office
- SGSharon GalipeauAug 15, 20232.0First off-cannot get thru to Central Registration to make an appointment. This group needs to pay more $$ for better customer service. Next, social skills of the people at the front desk are in need of training, if that's possible. The MD we saw was/is SMUG. If we had another option in our area I would look into it.
- RKRick KnappMay 5, 20233.0They may be very good in what services they offer ( first time), BUT their people social skills leave much to be desired! From the receptionist on down, the doctor did not want to be bothered with the patients' insight as to why they were there, yes they are there to provide a service but don't expect anything more, no please nor thank you nor anything to make one comfortable during the visit. I may be old school, but pleasantries are an added value when treating a customer. I tried but was ignored.
