  Absolutely useless 3 woman behind glass doing nothing but scrolling on their phones instead of helping people. The Lab is not part of us you have to call someone else for issues with lab is all they spew to patients. Lots of angry people waiting unnecessarily due to incompetence.

  This morning, I used your facility for the1st time to have lower back X-rays. Upon approaching the check-in desk, I was warmly greeted by a young woman named Julia. What a breath of fresh air!! She totally understands 5-Star Service. After a short wait, I was called forward by a young man named Dan, who actually performed my x-rays as my primary care doctor requested. He explained every step that was taken to insure that I was comfortable. As a result of the aforementioned employees, I won’t fail to return to your facility if needed. Sure beats Lowell traffic and long wait times before being called forward. Keep up the good work!!
