  I’ve had experience with both the Westford and Chelmsford locations (though not Dracut), and I have to say there is a noticeable difference in the overall care and customer service. The Westford team consistently provides a warm, welcoming experience. I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Meredith at the front desk in Westford—she is incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. In contrast, my experience at the Chelmsford location has been less than ideal. While I understand that staffing and workflow can vary, the difference in front desk interactions has been significant. Not to mention, I'm always waiting a lot longer to be seen in Chelmsford versus Westford despite being on time. My only concern is that, due to scheduling, patients are sometimes directed to other locations even if they live very close to one location like myself, as I live 7 minutes away from the Westford office and really dislike the commute to Chelmsford. Overall, however, the Westford team has made a very positive impression on me and I will continue to request to only visit this location, if possible.

  Had a mostly good first visit, though the nurse blamed us chatting on her barging in on me while I was changing to tell me she forgot to have me do a pee test. So I had to get dressed again and go pee. The NP then also almost barged in on me while I was changing again. My appointment went fine. Then the next day I get a MyChart notification that test results are available. I never asked for tests, was never informed of tests being performed other than a pregnancy pee test, and I did not consent to further tests. Messaged the office through MyChart and they apologized that protocol was not followed and I would get a call from the practitioner on Monday. She also apologized that she didn't follow protocol. Not a good first visit at this location, don't know how comfortable I feel going back knowing how easy it is for them to violate the consent of a first time patient.

  Wonderful group of people! Needed a quick procedure and that's exactly what I got with a great sense of friendliness and comfort. I would absolutely recommend!

  This is the best location of Circle health Obgyn. Every provider I met there was caring and helpful. I never needed to wait for long time for the appointment. The front desk person Meredith was always very helpful and patient.

  All staff were amazing. Never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. They answered all questions that I had and it was always an in and out appointment. I would 100% recommend Women’s Health in Westford.
