I’ve been a patient here for several years and have never been disappointed in the care I have received. The doctor and the Nurse Practitioner that I see are always quick to respond when I message them and always listen to my questions and concerns. I have never had a problem getting a response back or having a prescription filled. Healthcare is a tough field to work in and doctors/nurses/medical assistants/front desk staff don’t get enough credit for what they have to deal with day in and day out. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at WFM and I hope I never have to leave. I always feel bad for people who say they don’t love their healthcare provider or don’t feel as comfortable as they should with their healthcare provider,
and I feel grateful that that’s never been my experience here. Thank you, WFM, for always providing excellent care! You’re a great team!

Not sure I'll be continuing to go here. I had a distressing appointment with Dr Sundar in January and instead of a manager calling me like was offered, Dr Sundar called and kinda apologized but mostly made excuses for telling me I can't have the health issues I literally have upcoming surgery for (that she never asked about). She also continuously brings up weight loss medication and uses an AI recording program that I believe has no HIPPA protections to record your appointments. I finally talked with a manager today about my concerns and when I explained my frustration she said "We hate to hear that, Dr Sundar is the only doctor here accepting patients and she's a great doctor, I would send my mother to her" which is a bizarre and inappropriate thing to say to someone who is upset and had a negative experience.
Basically it seems they would rather you go elsewhere than address anything. Before this last appointment Dr Sundar was pretty great, so maybe she had an off day when she dismissed my health issues and ended the appointment abruptly after I advocated for myself. But the communication here needs work.
The receptionist also insisted today they aren't Circle Health even though it's on the building, door, and their Google maps so that's confusing
3/27 Today for a vaccine appointment I was called 45 minutes before and asked if I can come in early because they have to monitor you after. I told them I couldn't leave work early but I would be there 15 mins before my appointment like the appointment said. At appointment they give the vaccine and say okay you're good to go bye. Then the nurse stopped, thought, and asked if I have had reactions before. I said some soreness and fatigue. She said I can sit for a while if I want, then I can just leave when I'm ready? She closed the door behind her. I waited a few minutes and she returned and asked if I'm good and now I can leave. She said bye and walked away. Reception said they do not NEED to monitor you they just ask that "in case they need to" but also said "Your appointment was at 4:45 and if they needed to monitor you we close at 5 and they can't stay."
Why schedule appointments if you can't offer good medical care at that time? Clearly they just wanted to leave early and it wasn't about monitoring at all.

People on the phone lines here have zero customer service skills and bedside manner. First person I dealt with picked up and hungup on my incoming call twice. Then when I called the third time she answered, but immediately put me on hold with an annoyed demeanor when speaking to me. Sorry you have to work today???? Then she ended up transferring me to someone else (after waiting quite a bit) who said that even if I have an urgent appointment I would have to wait until February so call someone else or go to urgent care. They need to get their act together! Messy!
