Never having had a root canal before, I was hesitant and afraid. I had a million questions. They were clear, professional, kind. Inna and Dr. Zeng took great care of me. Dr. Zeng was patient and answered every single question I had. He was respectful and helpful. They 100% care about the comfort and well-being of the patient. The assistants are so amazing and on top of it as well. It's impressive. I believe they are perfectionists. This is honestly top of the line. I have OCD and most dentist places you visit are clean, but this place is SHINING in every direction. The facility itself and also the lovely staff. They helped me out in every way possible. Answering my emails, getting my appointment. Giving me clear and concise direction for my treatment. I love this place because of the honesty and respect. I hope I never need anymore endodontic treatment ever again, because who wants it, but I can say that if I ever do, I will not go anywhere else except this place. Their kindness truly leaves a lasting impact on me. Their kindness during a stressful situation in my life. Never judging only helping. Perry endodontics is the most professional and caring dental place I have ever been to in my life. I've had traumatic and terrible experiences in both Maine and Florida. But that was offset by the manner in which I was treated by everyone in the Office, like a patient, yes, but also like a respected and valued client or guest. I had an evaluation on one day and they made it possible for me to return the very next day to have the procedure done. Dr. Elizabeth Perry is an expert - knowledgeable - skilled and with a gentle touch. Her Dental Assistant, Sarah (I wish I remembered her last name) was an attentive and grounding presence, complimenting the excellent clinical care. I would not ever go to anyone other than Dr. Perry, given the need for any endodontics related service or treatment.
