  I’ve been sitting here for literally 2 hours for some silly blood work. They have no time management skills & just overall suck at their jobs. If you want to spend a day waiting for blood work, come here because apparently it takes rocket scientist to do blood work. Definitely recommend going to any other location.

  Supposed to be open at 730 am and plebotomist shows up at 745am and doesn't take first patient until 754am. Super unprofessional. Have come here a few times and always late. May have to find another quest near by.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The phlebotomist was rude and unnecessarily aggressive in his demeanor. He admonished me for “not coming when called,” but he mumbled my name from behind a half-opened door without coming out or speaking clearly. There was no reasonable way to know I was being called. At the time, he had an iPad propped up and appeared to be watching a TV show or movie while on duty, which made the interaction feel even more unprofessional. Instead of clarifying the situation or communicating clearly, he became hostile and dismissive. When I raised concerns about his behavior, I was told to call Quest with any complaints—which I did. Regardless of the situation, patients should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Based on my experience, I find it hard to reconcile reviews describing this phlebotomist as kind or having good bedside manner. That was absolutely not my experience.

  I went to Quest Diagnostics in Westborough this morning for labs. They offer a walk-in option, but it’s honestly just a waste of people’s time. It gives the impression that you can go in and be seen, but that clearly wasn’t the case. I waited for half an hour, there was nobody else in the waiting room, and no one ever came to get me. While I was there, one lady went into the back and almost immediately came back out, so I know there wasn’t anyone in the room with the staff member. There was no reason for such a long wait. I ended up leaving and I won’t be going back. After checking the Google reviews, it all makes sense why the experience was so bad. Definitely not returning.

  Absolutely awful walk-in service. No indication of where you are in the queue or anything like that. One of the other patients knocked on the door between patients and the tech stated that he does not plan on taking walk-ins The 30 to 60 minute wait stated on the kiosk, is after all patients with appointments are taken. Everyone in the waiting room stated they were a walk-in so I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this place
