  I was there twice. First time - very smooth and fast. Second time I had an appointment, got a reminder, came to the building to only find a note on the door that they are closed. No clue when will reopen

  I've had appointments there twice and both times I arrived to a note on the door saying that the lab was closed. I fasted the night before and took time off from work to find out after the fact that I couldn't have my labs completed. I received no advance notice and then was forced to reschedule; needing to take more time off from work and fast again. How can a "business" function this way?

  Zero stars. Twice I’ve shown up to confirmed appointments for it to be closed for the day. No notice, just a paper on the door saying they are closed.
