- DDDanAug 5, 20251.0CAUTION: AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MIRACLE-EAR My experience with Miracle-Ear in West Springfield, MA, has been extremely disappointing. It seems their customer service ends the moment your warranty does. I have a seven-year-old pair of hearing aids that are in almost-new condition. After a recent appointment, they suddenly stopped working properly. Instead of helping me get them repaired, the representative aggressively tried to talk me into buying new ones. They even used scare tactics about dementia and had me test a pre-programmed pair of new hearing aids, which felt like a "dog and pony show" designed to push a sale. To make matters worse, I was promised a call back about my insurance coverage (which covers up to $5,000) but never received one. I called corporate three times and was promised a return call, but it has now been two weeks with no response. I believe there is some "monkey business" going on. I suspect they refuse to send in my current hearing aids for service because it is more profitable to sell a new pair. I cannot recommend this company. If you are willing to help, OFFLINE, why has no one called me, why has no one returned a single one of my phone calls? I suspect you are responding only due to the fact I had to post a negative online review, because prior to this, not a single return phone call. I doubt the sincerity. 24 hours later and still no return call or any communications from Miracle-Ear. As suspected. Very sad. 08/12/2025. Update... 6 days since Miracle-Ear's response, and still no phone call. As suspected "CONNECT OFF LINE" was a deflection tactic.

Mr. Joel Connaughton was great. Not only did he help me to adjust my hearing aids, but he also explained everything. He gave us a lot of his time and did not once made us feel unwelcomed. I can hear better now. I definitely recommend this hearing services to everyone who needs a professional, friendly service and an experienced specialist. Thank you. Marianna H
