  $200 for them to tell us to see a podiatrist. I swear these urgent care places are a waste of time. Never have I ever received treatment, only referred out to other doctors. Honestly, what a joke. I even asked the receptionist if they treated this specific issue BEFORE I shelled out $200. And she couldn't answer me nor did she make an effort to ask anyone.

  Floors are a death trap. Need a credit card even if you have health insurance. All paper work has to be done on your phone . Front desk is not very helpful. Only one doctor there. All by herself doing everything alone. Doctor was very pleasant nurse was nice and helpful

  My experience was great when I was greeted by Technician Rebecca and NP Jeremy S. They were polite, created a relaxing environment for treatment, and answered my questions with simple answers. Beyond that, I will reserve my engagement with other staff as an off day since it was 8A and perhaps the coffee had yet to kick in. Overall 9.4/10! Yal rock Rebecca and NP Jeremy!

  Walked in at opening, waited 2 hours for pneumonia. I understand pre-booked appointments went ahead of me but even patients were commenting they wish they took me ahead of them as they weren’t as bad. Wish they took that into consideration. NP was kind and prescribed what I generally excepted.

  Came in as a walk in and was seen very quickly! They have a monitor in the waiting room that shows you the wait queue which is super helpful! The staff was wonderful and the doctor prescribed me a prescription and over the counter medication that had me feeling better within 24 hours after feeling extremely crummy for a week! So glad I dragged myself to their clinic, I should have went days prior!
