  The woman at that front desk was very positive and professional at the same time. It was a pleasure to be greeted with a smile. The PA was very informative, helpful and calming . She listened to all my needs and went above and beyond. It was a great vibe with a professional experience!

  Every staff member I have come across has been very kind and professional. It can be hard to find healthcare facilities and providers that actually care and take the time to hear you and make sure you understand everything. Katherine Zombik has been great and I’m thankful to have found her and the carbon health office in West Roxbury!

  My first time at Carbon Health! Check in was easy, they answered questions I needed. Filled out two simple forms. The two physicians assistants were awesome so patient when they couldn’t get my little veins for a drawing. Told them I hate needles and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Kristine was so nice and asked me good questions and answered questions I had. She listened to some history concerns and gave me good next steps that were logical and tangible. I felt very comfortable with her.
