The staff are amazingly knowledgeable and supportive very friendly and make you feel loved and comfortable, they are friendly and helpful. Specially Jeremy, he is wonderful, professional . Having been to PT for 2 previous TKR’s, at different facilities (sports medicine & hospital-based), knowing that I will be working with & supported by one therapist was my goal this time. At BSPT, I have hit the jackpot with Shana.
