Came in 7 minutes late due to bad traffic ( I drive for more then one hour to come for class) and was very rudely declined service. Never have I experienced a pilates location that doesn’t accommodate their customers. Wouldn’t recommend this location unfortunately…

Love this place. The manager, Ivy, is amazing as are the instructors. You always receive a warm welcome. The atmosphere is positive, and energetic.

This studio has some of the most unprofessional and inconsistent policies I’ve ever experienced. Their cancellation rules are completely unreasonable: when you request an upgrade, no written notice is required. But when you want to cancel, suddenly written notice is “mandatory.” I have requested cancellation at the location at the beginning of May. And once I saw that I am still not canceled I have called them in June. No one mentioned that I need to provide written notice. What’s worse, in July I was somehow able to get a cancellation processed without written notice after calling three times. Yet now I’m being told I still have to pay for August because they claim to charge one month in advance after receiving written notice, ignoring the fact that I have requested cancellation in May. I have been told that manager will call me to discuss refund, which never happened. The inconsistency, lack of transparency, and dismissive attitude toward customers is extremely unprofessional. Be very cautious before signing up here—the policies are confusing, not clearly explained, and seem designed to make it difficult for members to leave.

Hardly a workout, teacher very insecure. ClassPass does not tell students to bring socks and I was forced to buy $18 socks I don’t need. I thought this would be like solid core but it’s not at all. Don’t recommend.

Extremely disappointing and a total waste of money. I booked a Level 1.5 class intentionally, knowing it would be way below my fitness level—but it was the only way to get evaluated and potentially approved for more challenging classes like Level 2 or 2.5. I was fully prepared to throw away $40 just to get through this gatekeeping process. I take advanced Pilates regularly at Lifetime, Equinox, and with private instructors in both LA and NYC, so I know what I’m doing. I made it clear from the start that I was only there to be evaluated, and asked to be observed. The class was led by Jill, and frankly, the session was insultingly basic. For me, it felt like an extremely light stretch session—not even close to a workout. After the class, Jill told me I couldn’t be approved for more advanced levels because my posture was “off” and I was too hypermobile. She also claimed I wasn’t picking up her cues fast enough—again, it’s my first time taking a class with her, so obviously I wouldn’t instantly adapt to her teaching style. That’s a ridiculous standard. I followed up with the manager, hoping for some kind of resolution—and all she offered was for me to spend another $40 to take a different class with a different instructor and “maybe I’ll like it more.” So the solution is: waste $80 and hope for the best? No customer service, no credit, no flexibility. Just pay again and maybe it’ll work out. This whole setup feels more like a scammy business model than a fitness studio. The arrogance, the gatekeeping, and the complete lack of customer accommodation are staggering. Save your money and go somewhere that treats experienced clients with even a baseline level of respect.
