  I had such a wonderful experience with Boston Private Nursing. I needed short-term support with medical injections, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Sam was absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and incredibly compassionate. She immediately put me at ease and made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and supported. I felt truly cared for every step of the way. I would absolutely use them again in the future without hesitation. Thank you, Sam and Kiersten, for your exceptional care and support. Highly recommend!

  Five stars is not enough! BPN has been taking care of my father for the last six months. We have had both RNs and aides. Our case manager Carly is outstanding, she's a great communicator, problem solver and organized. We she's out of the office the covering case managers have all been fantastic. With regard to care, the RNs have ALL provided a gold standard for my dad. He is a complex medical case and each nurse has brought something helpful in a different way to the table. They are all critical thinkers. Not one of them lazy! They do it all from grooming to feeding well balanced meals, PT when given guidance, they communicate when medications need refills or when adjustments are recommended. There is supporting documentation for everything! They pivot when needed, shockingly fast and easily. Most of the staff work in the local hospitals well which is meaningful because homecare is a chosen change of pace and they are engaged and not just going through the motions. And here is the most interesting part, they have become like family!

  An angel was over my shoulder when I found BPN in a Google search. From my initial contact with Julia who connected me with my case manager Shannon, and throughout the period of having such highly skilled nurses scheduled to provide daily morning and evening services for my husband, our total experience was beyond our expectations. BPN nurses were highly skilled in the areas we required. As a result, we expect to work with BPN for other home care needs. We trust them in every way, and highly recommend BPN services to anyone in need of home health care.

  Boston Private Nursing was absolutely amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My dad needed at home care twice a day for infusions for 8 weeks following a hospital visit. We had nothing but exceptional care every single visit for that entire time. Every nurse was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. They truly went above and beyond. They have the best nurses. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much - you made my dads at home care seamless and stress-free.
