- RBR BishJun 23, 20232.0Proceed with caution. The program is fine and does work - BUT this is also a HUGE money grab. They bill insurance for absolutely needless tests and when insurance declines, you are on the hook. They also make you pay BEFORE billing insurance unlike true medical practices. Then once they are reimbursed - they hold your $ as a credit. I never write reviews - but this really is unethical and basically an overpriced / scam-like practice. Also, you can buy ALL their products online for about 60% off. 2 stars because the service isn't bad - just ethics are.
