- CLCecile LavoieDec 13, 20254.0Greg spent a lot of time explaining how the inserts work and allowed us time to try them in multiple shoes. Since my husband and I came in together Mario helped us until another customer came in. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. There was no need to “sell”, the product spoke for itself. BUT….we were told there would be follow up calls to see how we were doing the next day and again after a month. No follow up calls happened and I keep getting messages to reschedule our appointment even though we already had appointment and spent $xxxx. There is a disconnect from sales/customer service.
