  Turned away after sign in by technician wanting to leave early and always a note upon arrival saying not taking any walk ins upon entry….3 tries.

  Ill-mannered employees who don’t provide accurate information. There is a ‘nurse’ there who acts like she’s doing you a favor just by attending to you.

  In case you have an urgent situation that popped up unexpectedly and you have to go through some blood-work ASAP and get to chose this lab for a walk-in visit - wrong decision! Walk-in option here is only a marketing thing, there was nobody in line since 8am and the nurse said it will take several hours to get the blood work, while having a very friendly and funny conversation with the colleague behind the window; do not get confused - there is no actual walk in visit option

  Nurse + her skills excellent. Very small reception room. Making it unwelcoming and lacking the human touch, no receptionist, with the kiosk. More like move towards a 1984 (Orwell reference) where everything is controlled by those watching over us. Odd signage in your waiting room soliciting income opportunities for Quest, attached to a mysterious spigot? with no indication of what it is. Your land lord does not keep the lobby clean, downstairs. The elevator is from 1971 and in poor condition, seems unsafe. Free parking is great. Snow removal was loathsome.
