Horrendous and completely unacceptable service. My son had a tooth knocked out by a baseball, and I brought my three children in for a 12:45pm appointment expecting timely care. Instead, we were left sitting in a room for nearly two hours without being seen. When I followed up with triage, I was told there were still several people ahead of us... after all that time.
There was no communication, no updates, and no basic courtesy. We ultimately had no choice but to leave without my son ever receiving care. This level of disregard for patients, especially in an urgent situation involving a child, is inexcusable.

Very happy with the care we received. Jonathan checked us in and spent some time reviewing my Moms medical history. John was our provider and he was very thorough and had some good ideas to approach her care. Thank you for a great experience.
I went here a couple months ago, and they won’t stop harassing me by sending me texts reminding me that they exist. No option laid out for how to unsubscribe. Also, the bill I got was insane, crazy nickel-and-diming that goes on here. One of the items on my bill was like $80 for putting an oxygen sensor on my finger.
I’ve been pleased in the past but this time I went there 3 times in a week and half Saw three separate care givers. I had cold symptoms and a chronic cough. All said it was a virus and take over the counter meds. After not getting one bit better I was able to make an appt. with my pcp 2 days later and in formed me I had bronchitis and prescribed 4 different meds which I saw an improvement the next day. Not saying I won’t go back but sometimes you may need more than 3 opinions
It was really appreciated that I was seen so quickly while dealing with food poisoning. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was the PA I saw. She recommended an ambulance which I understand based on my state but when I made the decision to be taken by wife, her entire tone shifted. She interrogated me, asking "did she (the EMS person) say something" In the follow-up, which is a nice touch, she was also aggressive about why she made her recommendation even though I never asked. It makes you wonder if they get a revenue share from the ambulance service.
