Everyone at the facility is extremely professional and capable. My current PT is Harry and I couldn’t be happier with the support and guidance he’s giving me. He is knowledgeable, understands where I am in my recovery, and provides the right balance of empathy, motivation, and tough love. Knee replacement recovery is tough and slow but every time I leave Bay State I feel energized. The folks there have my back.
