  I value the individualized approach to weight loss. The first session was gold. I recommend that new members be as detailed and open as possible when completing their questionnaires to ensure they can build a program tailored to their wants and needs.

  Over the past few years I had gained about 40lbs and I got motivated to start going to the gym and meal prepping. After a year of doing it on my own with no results, I decided to look around for a nutritionist or someone who could set me on the right track. Through my research I found Medi weightloss and to my surprise it was right around the corner from my job. I was able to make appointments during my lunch break. I met with skilled doctors and nurses who gave me step by step instructions on what to do. I got a meal plan, a shopping list, and also examples of healthy eating. I finally figured out what I was doing incorrectly with my meal prepping. The weight came right off as soon as I switched to thier diet. I have been going for two months now and I am down 12lbs. I am losing a little over a pound a week and I am on track to reach my goal. The staff are incredibly friendly as well. Their protien shakes and bars taste great as well. A plus is the visits are covered by most insurances! If you've been trying on your own to lose weight and its not working for you let Medi show you how, but you must put in the work there is no magic bullet.

  I was so embarrassed going in from being so heavy. Every single women there not only made me feel comfortable but they are all experienced and I look forward to going every week. The women are Fantastic!! Iv lost around 25 pounds in my first month. The nurse practitioners are so encouraging and just on point. I'm not disappointed in making this life changing decision. I'm beyond thrilled to keep working twords my goal in this office.
