  Denied me medical care even though my doctor works out of that practice. I came after antibiotics were not working for an ear infection. Also no one told me my doctor was on leave.

  Needed a new PCP so switched to this office. Terrible decision. They gave me a newer doctor who I met once, she was ok not great not very knowledgeable about issues I brought up. I’ve left voicemails for them to call me back and they never did, and every time I have gone in there I see at least 3 ppl at reception. Then my PCP left the practice after a year (should have been a sign). Then I got the icing on the cake when I went for my physical with a new guy (oh btw they rescheduled me and never called me so I had to go twice) - and he told me he could only talk about ONE issue and if I had more than one then they had to bill me as a sick visit- at my physical. Terrible.

  I waited three months for my appointment for a physical which is okay. The problem is that my doctor has retired and I was given a new one, Dr Molato. I spent a half hour answering questions about my mental acuity. I asked for a certain prescription which I am not ashamed to admit and she said" What do you need that for". I kind of figured being a doctor she already would know. She refused me and said I need to talk to my doctor who only deals with my cancer situation. Finally she relented. She then spent about five minutes looking at my eyes and stuff. She told me to strip down and I asked her if she was going to leave ,as a professional courtesy which every doctor usually does and she just sat there and said no.I asked her to refill another prescription and she said she would. She only called in for one prescription. I don't know if she forgot or decided she would not fill. I believe that if she did cancel my prescription that she should have let me known.I have since called and have not heard from her. It was not a physical like I have ever had and I have had one very year for the last thirty years or so. I think before they give a mental acuity test they should ask you if you want one. I was insulted by this. Just because I am seventy-one? Awful!

  Everyone in the office treats you with respect. And they are very helpful. I would never go anywhere to see any doctor.

  Awful.. been waiting for an order for my dad to get a ctscan due to circulation issues, it has been 2 weeks since the original test and I'm still waiting after calling and leaving 2 messages, another week and I'm still waiting for a call back. Good luck trying to get through to speak with anyone, as you will be on hold for at least 30+ min
